How "Safe transaction system" works on BIGLEMON

BIGLEMON keeps your money until your purchased item is delivered to you. (*)
You cannot use this service when you pay directly to the seller.

On BIGLEMON, we ask buyers to make the payment to BIGLEMON's dedicated bank account when buying items through BIGLEMON transactions. BIGLEMON keeps your money safe and we make the pay-out to sellers only after your purchased item is delivered to you. (*) If the item you ordered is not delivered after the payment, you can get your money refunded from BIGLEMON.

This service is applied for those inquiries that are made through [Ask total price] button, and orders completed using [Order] button on BIGLEMON transaction message page. This service will not be applied in case of not using BIGLEMON message system and/or paying directly to the seller's bank account.

If the seller you are negotiating with does not respond to your request of willing to use BIGLEMON message system, please contact our Customer Support. There is a possibility that the seller is violating our Terms of Use.
