BIGLEMON keeps your money safe and we make the pay-out to sellers only after your purchased item is delivered to you. (*) If the item you ordered is not delivered after the payment, you can get your money refunded from BIGLEMON.
This service is applied for those inquiries that are made through [Ask total price] button, and orders completed using [Order] button on BIGLEMON transaction message page. This service will not be applied in case of not using BIGLEMON message system and/or paying directly to the seller's bank account.
